I enjoyed listening to both speakers. I very much identified with Dr. Helene’s gut feelings report. I experience that regularly but do not always go with it. I believe this phenomenon is an import factor in “going with the flow.” Recognize and go with your gut feeling and you will at least be more in the flow.
Regarding Dr. Garret’s presentation, I was very much interested in his study of Qigong and similar modalities. I have been a long time practitioner of Qigong and have first hand empirical evidence of its function and effectiveness. To have verification from the physical sciences, I think, is a valuable tool to expand the acceptance and common implementation of these modalities. Thank you to Dr. Garret Young.
